Shipping options:

Europe with Post, DHL and always as soon as possible.
Worldwide with DHL and only after prior consultation.

How to deliver:

Post - also cash on delivery. There are additional costs at cash on delivery. 8,90 Euro COD charge and 2 € to the postman - Only Germany
DHL - at express delivery subject to an additional cost
Hermes / DPD only in exceptional cases and in consultation

DHL / Post: Austria, Germany from 4,90 Euro, Switzerland from 14,90 Euro, European Union EU (UE) from 14,90 Euro

Free shipping for customers in Germany and Austria
Standard delivery above 100 Euro value of goods
Express delivery 150 Euro value of goods and max. 2 KG Package

In island deliveries and deliveries over 30 kg additional 10 euros will be charged.

We offer the following payment methods. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the customer status.

Invoice

Only available in Germany.

Possible for public authorities, schools and institutions in Germany and Austria.
Initial order and/or a guest dial, we reserve a delivery on invoice.

Debit / Direct Debit / SEPA

Only possible in the connected countries!

Prepayment / Transfer

Please transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account. The account information can be obtained by the ordering process by e-mail.

PayPal

If you prefer online banking, you can pay directly via PayPal. A separate PayPal account is not needed. You must be online banking capability.

Cash on delivery

Fee: 8,90 Euro. Please keep the invoice amount ready; the deliverer collects on delivery in cash (no checks). For cash charge additional 2, - EUR fees, which are payable directly to the parcel deliverer.
